It is not possible to pay by cash on site!

The total conference fee is due to be paid upon receipt of the invoice without any deduction. All invoices will be processed in euros and sent per email after February 19, 2018.
The registration is binding. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email, post or fax. Registrations cancelled before February 19, 2018 will be charged with a fee of 100 euros. Registrations cancelled after February 19, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.
Papers are submitted via confmaster*. There will be an extra 15% discount of registration fees if a conference paper is submitted before September 15th 2017 and finally accepted for the conference or if a workshop proposal is submitted before October 15th 2017 and finally accepted for the workshops. A student discount of 100 euros for Early Bird registration and 150 euros for regular registration will be given upon receipt.

I-Vlab
